• Deposits are required for all reservations
• First night's deposit required for stays less than one week
• Two night's deposit for weekly reservations
• Please make all payments in U.S. funds
• Please call two weeks in advance for any cancellations or change of dates
• Deposits will be returned only if cancellation is received two weeks prior to scheduled arrival (Subject to a $10.00 processing fee)
• Balance of all reservations are payable at check in
• All reservations will be confirmed by mail
